Join us in learning the technique of kiln carving. This technique starts by cutting out shapes either using supplied templates or your own template (between 2-5 inches) in fiber board. Then placing a 6in x 6in piece of fusible glass over cut out design, fused in a kiln leaving a one of a kind impression of your carving. Glass frit, glass paint, or glass stringers can also be used to create a scene or design around your impression.

No open toed shoes may be worn for safety reasons and safety glasses will be provided and worn during class. Space is limited.
This is not a make and take as items must be kiln fired, and will be ready for pick up in about a week.
